Body building is not only the name of eating
and workout it also needs some regularity, passions, let go some things and

diet, schedule, and research.
Continuity:
Regularity and continuity is a key to

how much efforts you done in one day but it matters how long you done small
workout with same pace or little higher. Some body builders start with
continuity but with the passage of time they become irregular took too many
breaks and rest in one week which effects their progress however they does not
shrink but remain same as before.
Passions:
This key is much important for the young
body builders they start with passions but after some time when they see no
progress or little progress they lose their passions and start passing time. If
you have visit gym or any fitness club you might seen that the person full of
passions must have something to show but the persons passing time have not
impressive posture to show. So do not lose you passions and look high you will
gain high.
Loyalty:
May be some people will never understand
that what is the role of loyalty in body building? Yes there is a very strong
relation between bodybuilding and loyalty. When you lift weight you feel that
you might increase weight but you don’t likewise when you got emergency mess in
home or else and you also got free early, you know that you can go now but you
don’t result you lose passions and regularity every time you start workout you feel
you are beginner so be loyal with your work out and kick out the lame excuses.
Diet and schedule:
Many people specially young body builders
does not take care of their diet and schedule which caused no improvement and
sometimes degradation. A body builder needs extra amount of proteins as compare
to normal man likewise low fat, low carbohydrates as compare to ordinary man. Only
tough workout and heavy weight will give you nothing your body needs extra
material to build up mass. Some builders use food supplements which are not bad
indeed it’s good for everyone. The other thing is schedule make your routine
permanent throughout the year if you use to work out early in the morning then
always workout morning likewise if you use to eat three times a day always eat
three times a day do not cut down or add up without any concern with your
trainer. The important thing is people have too many things in their diet which
are harmful or even deadly for their health like fast foods, high cholesterol
oil, fatty items, fried foods, smoking, drinking, drugs, and highly carbohydrate
diets.
How to control diet?
First increase protein diet in daily routine, what gives you plus protein? turkey chest,
chicken, fish, beef, soya, pulse, yogurt, milk, cheese and butter or use protein shakes. After that decrease fat
and carbohydrates, what gives you fat and carbohydrates? Rice, fast foods,
creams, baked items, beef fat parts, cold drinks and sweets. Now come to the next
stage cut down cholesterol level, what gives you cholesterol and what controls
it? low quality oil, egg yell, cigarettes and beef. The things that can control
